- Added new command /toggleplayervoidlaunch so you can toggle whether or not players will be effected by this mod

Hi everyone, I'm so sorry for the lack of updates over the past couple months, my pc broke and i only managed to get it fixed today. Thank you all for you patience and support!
By popular demand these features have been added
- Added command /setvoidheight allowing you to set the y value that the bouncing takes effect in each dimension
- Added command /resetvoidheight allowing you to reset the void height for the dimension you're in to it's default value (which will always be -64 for modded dimensions)
- Lowered height of temporary void block to 1 pixel tall
- You are now able to bounce on them when they are at void height
- You no longer take damage from falling after being launched by void
- Fixed bug of void registering as too high in modded worlds
- If you somehow end up in the void, you now regenerate all the void damage you take
- Temporary void block no longer hurts you when you land on the edge of it
- Temporary void block is now transparent
- Added wip gamerule "bouncesounds" that will disable chime noise when working properly
- Test of effects in modded dimensions
- Increased blast resistance of temporary void block
- Landing on temporary void block now negates all fall damage
- Temporary void block can no longer be moved by a piston
- There is now a warning message on the temporary void block, ensuring no one accidentally builds with it
- When items are dropped, a temporary block now appears at void height to stop them from falling into the void
- do NOT build with this block as it automatically disappears after a few minutes
- Mobs will now bounce on the spot instead of moving in the direction which they are facing
- Clouds now form under entities when they bounce as though it is what they are bouncing off of
- A note block chime sound is played each time you bounce
