Not Enough Trials

fixing some errors left from last version

-filled in gaps between outside decorations
-added more covers on missed spots
-replaced armor stand knockback tutorial with a trial spawner tutorial since they seem to not be fixing that bug anytime soon
-fixed signs not having text
-fixed 1.21-1.21.1 version generating the boss chamber that does not work properly in those versions
