Obdolbos

The mod adds the Obdolbos item from Escape from Tarkov and introduces a risk-based survival mechanic. Obdolbos can be used as a stimulant, but each dose triggers one of four effects with an equal 25% chance. Possible outcomes include instant death, slow health depletion, severe weakness, or a short burst of chaotic strength.
