Updates On My Mark to support Minecraft 1.21.
- Adds a configuration to enable / disable whether player reporting in messages should be sent

- Replaces the item outlines with a colored tile
- Adds the marking player's head to the marker
- Adds additional mod configs for marker customisation
- Fixes an issue where a player leaving the game with an active player marker would cause other party members to disconnect
