v1.0: add an command /OPlevel and you enter a level of OP from 1 to 6 and if only you see or every one.

v1.1: add an command /ReportOPusage that kills the one who used the /OPlevel in the last 1 minute only if you know who use this.

v1.2: remove the possibility to everyone see you gat an OP (forgat to delete in 1.1).
