Unfortunately does not contain tag changes (although thats arguably not that big of a deal)
Fix capitalised item ids from crashing the game :p

Fix editing glow berries from crashing the game due to bad name
allow base minecraft foods to be nerfed as Pams does in 1.12.2
Config options + config screen can toggle whether:
- All pams foods are nerfed
- Game breaking foods are nerfed
- Base minecraft foods are nerfed
