The Peculiar Scythe
To acquire it you need to... 
It has 3 enchants, 2 ported from the original (Reaping, practically the same, and Spewing, which got a makeover)
The 3rd enchant, Infectious, marks enemies for death, causing the next hit to deal 50% more damage
