Phantasmic Flight

• Fix crash upon gaining phantom wings

• Fix phantoms picking up the player when blocked by shield

• Port to 1.21.8

• Require the player to be the killer of the phantom to get wings
  • This means for example another player shooting the phantom or the phantom burning in fire will drop the player without wings

• Add configurable spawning cooldown (60 seconds default)
• Make wings move smoother
• Disconnect phantom if owner dies

• Fix model offset
• Add config limits
• Slight balance tweaks
