Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a Bug in the Tutorial Book, where it would lead you to the Basic Crafting Recipies instead of the Electronic Siren Crafting Recipies
- Fixed a Bug where it would put you to the MC Controller Recipie instead of the IPS Recipie
- Fixed several other Bugs in the Tutorial Boook

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Bug that Siren Lights dont emit Light
- Fixed Bug that Sirens may not turn off when Unpowered
Important:
Sirens may take a while until they turn off when unpowered, consider using SecurityCraft Alarm-Block with the Smart Module to use the Sirens proberley. Sirens will stop playing the Sound due to no block update, Im unable to fix this, consider using SecurityCraft Alarm-Block with the Smart Module.
