Pickup

This is a simple mod which allows us pick up item directly from the item frame.

New interacting logic

Hand:Empty + Item Frame:Stored -> Pick up item;
Hand:Stored + Item Frame:Empty -> Store item;
Hand:Stored + Item Frame:Stored + Sneaking -> Exchange item;
Others -> Rotate item.
