ENSO Addon for PMW

El Nine brings the El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) climate cycle to ProtoManly Weathers, adding a long-term global weather system that evolves naturally over time instead of relying on random conditions.

The addon introduces three persistent climate phases:

• Neutral – Default weather behavior.
• El Niño – Warmer conditions, drier tropical regions, and stronger mid-latitude storms.
• La Niña – Cooler conditions, wetter days, and increased cyclone activity.

Each event gradually builds through multiple intensity levels, from Weak to Super, making every climate cycle feel different. Optional historical super-events can also be enabled for players who want more extreme weather.
