1.21.10 port. Fog stuff has joined the lightmap and item model stuff as in it doesnt work yet due to all the game recent changes.

Might have issues as internal game changes were huge, hence alpha versioning.

xp colors can be changed both foreground and background.

sound type / block type of hanging sign and fence gates can be correctly changed
