Changes:

• all recipes were changed to have the disc template,
• Luxidoor has a recipe now(can still be traded),
• Vengir has a recipe(can still be traded),
• Painting Can now be Found in the Creative Menu.

Remade All disc Loot Tables to make them into there own recipes, for mod compatibility. Nothing Else changed, Villager trades are still the same.

Removed some paintings, Replaced the Secret Disc, Changed The Textures for the disc

added advancements for the Secret disc and PolyTopia theme. Added some funny paintings nothing special.
