🌟 Pouch & Paper — convenient storage of tradeable resources, with a curious effect of burnt paper

Pouch & Paper is designed to make storage and usage of common resources more convenient — specifically paper, ink, leather, seeds, and feathers. These items are often used for trading with villagers, both directly and for crafting more valuable goods like books and "Book and Quill".

The mod introduces compact versions of:

• paper — as stacks and blocks,
• ink and glow ink — stored in small bottles,
• leather — bundled into a neat pack,
• seeds (wheat, beetroot, melon, pumpkin, cocoa) — packed into fabric pouches (placeable blocks),
• feathers — wrapped into a dense, soft bundle,
• carrots, potatoes, and beetroots — packed into functional crop sacks (placeable blocks).

These forms allow you to:

• save inventory and storage space,
• streamline resource farming and trading,
• quickly prepare for breeding animals and gaining XP.

🌱 Seed Pouches — now placeable blocks with real functionality

Seed pouches are no longer just items — they are now placeable blocks that act as mini seed containers. When placed in the world, a pouch can store up to 60 seeds, not counting the 4 used to craft it. You can fill it by:

• inserting compatible seeds directly, or
• right-clicking it with another pouch of the same type (which converts into seeds inside the block).

Pouches can now be used for organizing farms, decorating storage areas, or quickly planting seeds during gardening. Breaking a pouch block will drop both the pouch and all stored seeds. You can withdraw seeds in portions of 4 by right-clicking with an empty hand or a non-seed item.

🥕 Crop Sacks — same mechanic, now for carrots, potatoes, and beetroots

Version 2.1.0 introduces three new blocks:

• 🥔 Sack of Potato
• 🥕 Sack of Carrot
• 🍠 Sack of Beetroot

These sacks work just like seed pouches, but are designed for storing harvested crops. Each sack can be filled with its respective crop by right-clicking, including inserting another sack of the same type (which gets absorbed into storage).

Crop sacks show how full they are with three visual fill levels, making them handy for inventory management in:

• 🚜 Automated farms
• 🏡 Storage cellars
• 🧱 Farm-themed builds

When broken, they drop all contents and the sack itself.

🔥 Burnt Paper Block — natural and dangerous

The Burnt Paper Block is created by setting a regular Paper Block on fire. It has unique and realistic properties:

• attracts creepers within a 70-block radius (when not burning),
• repels bees within a 50-block radius,
• drops nothing when broken and can't be harvested even with Silk Touch.

Its natural behavior makes it ideal for traps, for driving away bees from the area if desired, or simply as a moody decoration in dark builds.

Installation

• Make sure you have Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.5 or 1.21.6 with NeoForge installed.
• Download the mod .jar file.
• Place it into your mods folder.
• Launch the game and enjoy your adventure!
