Added a new power that prevents players from having a Fsang18, Pantheon sent and my power with an omnitrix from the Alien Evolution addon. This power is automatically assigned to every player that joins either the world or server.
Big thanks to Fsang18 for helping with this power.
Added a (slightly) animated wing model that renders on the player. Added a crown item (obtainable in creative from the palladium mods tab, will hopefully be a curio in the next update).

Adjusted some ability values
Added a DEBUFF that makes the player take damage from any form of water (including rain) when the player has the power
Added a horn model to the player and added a "skin change" ability so when the power is obtained the players skin changes but only visually.
