❤ Description ❤
Quick Player Trade is a server-side mod offering a simple way to give and receive items between players. It aims to offer a more polite and fluid experience when handing out items to your friends and foes, instead of throwing various blocks and other pixelated bits and pieces to them.
Where did you drop it?
Did you give it to me?
Wait, it came back in my inventory, one more time
Ever had one of these situations? No more with Quick Player Trade!
❤ Features ❤
Configuration options
- As a server administrator, you can configure a blacklist of items you would like the mod to ignore. This allows to still be able to "fish" players with a fishing rod (why not?) or still being able to eat face to face at a table with petals and candles.
- As a player, you can disable the behavior of the mod with the command
/qpt toggle
. This can be useful for combat purposes, or if you simply aren't enthusiastic about my wonderful, amazing, splendid mod. No hard feeling!
Giving items
- While standing, right clicking a player will give them one item from the stack you are holding in your left hand.
- While sneaking, right clicking a player will give them the entire stack you are holding in your hand.
- Quick Player Trade makes sure your item are given with the same Nbt tags, meaning the custom names, enchantments and other information that mods could change are kept as is.
- A feedback message is sent to the giver and the receiver to notify them of the gift, just like a lovely little birthday card!

❤ FAQ ❤
Q: Should the mod be installed on the client in order to work?
A: No! This mod is entirely server-side, meaning any vanilla/Fabric client will be able to use it when connecting to the said server. As long as QPT is installed on it.
Q: Can I use your mod in/for my public modpack/datapack/mod compilation/server-side mod list?
A: Please do! A credit would be appreciated in your modlist.
Simply do not appropriate yourself this mod.
Q: Will this mod ever come to Forge?
A: No! This mod is intended to push a little forward the Fabric community, and this is my choice to explicitly not make it available to another mod loader for the time being.
Q: Where can I find the source code of the project?
A: As of now, nowhere. I don't exclude opening the source code later down the line! It is just not my habit, and I keep my mod very much up to date.
Q: Are you the developer of the mod named "Stendhal"?
A: Glad you spotted it! Check out Stendhal here.
