statistics are based on gold efficiency/enchantability while having twice the durabilty as netherite

additions:

-ressources and craft that allow to make radiant alloy

-ressource can be used as fuel to ensure interest in the end dimension

-full set of tool and armor

-a template to be found in the end city structures

this mod objective is having balanced stats for comfort and not overpowerness
