Ravenbrooks Cr - Hello Neighbor

1.2.9.6-patch - Small fixes and changes. For anyone wondering I'm on a break (for real his time) and should resume the actual final update part 2 next year in JAN.

• Fixed some block's bottom textures
• Fixed other block's types so they can be used in framedblocks
• Fixed some sounds not being MONO (mainly HN 1 Neighbor soundboard)
• Fixed missing Neighbor jump voice
• Changed elevator buttons snapping back to blockstate 0 after being pressed
• Changed sconce's luminance from 8 to 9
• Mantrap (Beartrap) finally has a correct detection (2 pixels height x 14 pixels with to trigger trap)
• Buffed rock projectile: Gives players slowness 3 for 20 ticks, and nausea for 100 ticks)
• Player Phone now detects the nearest Neighbor Phone Box
• Added reminder to Player's Phone item tooltip
• Added short whistle back to hn1 misc voice
• Added Stone White Bricks
• Added Plaster Stone Corners
• Added camera signal and detect
