This version contains everything 0.1a.77 had updated to 1.21.10 and split in three mods.
This mod will now be necessary for those who want to test or play the Runeterra dimension part of the mod.
What IS/WILL be included in the core package:
- Runeterra Dimension
- Runeterra cities, PoIs and terrain
- Runeterra biomes and structures
- Progression towards Runeterra from the Overworld
- Progression trees and advancements related to actions performed in the Runeterra dimension
- Items and blocks related to the travel to/from runeterra
Certain parts are needed by the mod but are now managed by other projects that are now treated as compulsory dependencies:
What ISN'T/WON'T be included in the mod:
-
Blocks, items entities and NPCs. These are now part of the Realms of Runeterra Conent Pack. This is made so thhat people that solely want to play with the items or entities in the overworld can do so without needing to download the gross generation logic too.
-
Structures, items and other progression exclusive to the overworld I might or might not do this in the future. Check the changelog and news for the Realms of Runeterra Content Pack for future news on that matter
-
Miscelaneous generation systems. These are systems that can be used in other projects and I want them to be usable outside of the mod, but that are also a core part of the mod itself.
What does this mean:
You will probably want to keep the two dependencies up to date, especially the content pack that shouldn't interfere with whatever version the core mod is in. As I focus more on content (and with an eye put on Hytale's release next month) I will work slower on the generation systems related to runeterra itself, focusing more on smaller thematic structures, blocks, items and entities, as well as biomes and areas outside the cities and tweaking the generation of the dimension as time passes and versions (hopefully) make worldgen easier.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
