Integers inputSlotsStartIndex and inputSlotsEndIndex added to RecipeBookInventoryProvider interface (defaulted to 1 and 10)

Needed for pre 1.21.2 implementations to use new v1.0.2 features correctly

Items in crafting grid will also now do their returning to original inventories when screen is closed [TOGGLEABLE]

New default (false) boolean persistentInventory in RecipeBookInventoryProvider interface
