1.17
Features
- There are now tooltips for cycled options to explain each value.
- Localization is now complete (in 1.16 several places were overlooked).
- Long button messages now scroll back and forth instead of extending past the button.
Meter Highlights Option
A new option that controls when meter highlights are rendered. The possible values are:
- Never: never render meter highlights.
- Always: always render meter highlights.
- In Focus Mode: render meter highlights when in Focus Mode. The highlight for the meter in focus will render normally while the highlights for the other meters will be slightly dimmed.
- In Focus: render meter highlights when in Focus Mode, and only the highlight for the meter in focus.
Meter Highlights Range Option
A new option that controls the range around the player within which meter highlights are rendered. Entering a negative value will disable the range check entirely. Any positive value acts as the maximum distance a meter can be from the player before its highlight will no longer render.
Meter Name Tags Option
This option has been updated with new functionality.
- In Focus Mode: the name tags for meters not in focus are now slightly dimmed, so that the meter in focus stands out.
- In Focus: name tags only render when in Focus Mode, and only the name tag for the meter in focus.
Block Event Results Logging
The "Block Event" event type now also logs the result of block events. Possible values are "success" for block events that ran successfully, and "failure" for block events that did not run.
Expanded Tutorial
The tutorial has been expanded to include pointers for Focus Mode and saving/loading meter groups.
Changes
- Tooltips will no longer go off screen.
- The order of the RGB sliders in the meter controls is now Red, Green, Blue (it was Red, Blue, Green).
- The HUD Opacity option has been disabled for Minecraft versions 1.21.9 and above. In these version,s the HUD will now always render at 100% opacity. The option may be enabled again in a later update.
Fixes
- Re-ordering the meter list behaved unexpectedly when the cursor was way outside the meter list. This has been fixed.
