RPG style additions to Minecraft's sleep mechanic.

Features

Health Regeneration

Sleeping through the night heals the player for up to three hearts, but causes hunger.

Bed Safety Requirement

Players can no longer sleep under the stars. Beds are useless unless placed under a roof.

Configuration

This mod can be configured using the following gamerules,

sleepRegenLimit: The maximum number of hearts regained after sleeping through the night. Ignored if sleepRegenFull is enabled.

sleepRegenCost: When enabled, sleeping through the night causes hunger.

sleepRegenFull: When enabled, players are fully healed after sleeping through the night.

bedSafety: When enabled, prevents bed usage outdoors.

Development

I have no plans to port this mod to other loaders or past game versions. Feel free to do so yourself.

Planned Features

• Compatability with mods such as Hourglass that modify sleep durration.
