Remapped

The mod has been completely rewritten, making it more compatible with other mods and making installing/uninstalling it on an existing world safe!

• Fix two harmless warnings about @Final fields
• Fix the empty map item texture

Direct port to 1.21.4, with resin blocks added.

• Ported to 1.21.2.
• Added map colors for all of the Winter Drop blocks (pale moss and pale oak).

• Fixed grass, water and leaves in custom biomes by implementing fallback colors.

• Fixed a handful of crashes and visual issues related to zooming out and locking maps.
• Added a config option for turning off maps always scaling relative to their center.

Fixed maps visually breaking when respawning or changing dimensions.

Fixed map duplication in Cartography Tables.
