Render Distance Cycler

This mod is a version port of kryptonaught's mod, which had worked up until 1.21.5. The mod adds back F3 + F to increase and F3 + Shift + F to decrease your render distance in game. This was a vanilla feature, before it got removed in 22w12A.

This is the first time I've done anything with mixins, so excuse odd looking code :) This version is also missing the text to display the keybind when pressing F3 + Q, since I could not get it to work properly yet.
