Small feature additions & EMI support is back

• When a Small Fireball hits a furnace, it now adds 1600 ticks of burn time
• Curse of Recoiling now better factors in knockback enchants like Punch and now works on Trident throwing
• Various custom knockback effects now affect fall damage, reducing it acording to how much vertical velocity changes
• Added a couple items to Trial Chamber supply chest loot tables
• Added a 1200 tick burn time to Fire Charges
• Added a new Enchant Trigger, 'resonace:post_crit'
• Added a new loot condition, 'resonance:crit_count'
• Added a new enchant effect type, 'resonance:reverberate'
• Readded EMI support for the Reverberation recipe type
