BBBB Update! Brinicles, Bifurcation, Brittle Blocks.

• Added optional compatablility with Trinkets for scarfs.
• Added Icicles that generate in frozen oceans under the ice. Icicles grow downwards when waterlogged and freeze the floor when they reach it. The frozen floor becomes brittle and easily broken. This is inspired by Brinicles from the arctic circles.
• Pearly Ice spreads Ice less deep but now grows Icicles too.
• Placing two Pearls in Ice instead of Amethyst and a Potion will result in a Bifurcated Pearl forming with the combined effects of the two parent Pearls
• Added item forms of all the various stages of Charged Amethyst to remain consistent with vanilla
