END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using RespawnDisconnect ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Ken (Ken_u) ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use this Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Re-upload, mirror, or redistribute the Software binaries without explicit permission or a valid license agreement from Ken (Ken_u).
• Commercialize or sell this Software.

3. Multiplayer & Anti-Cheat Disclaimer

• Server Rules: Multiplayer servers may consider automatically disconnecting upon respawn as an unfair advantage, cheating, or a violation of server rules.
• Account Risk: Using this Software on third-party servers may result in warnings, kicks, or permanent account bans by automated anti-cheat systems or server administrators.
• No Responsibility: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ken (Ken_u) holds no responsibility for any server bans, loss of items, or account sanctions incurred while using this Software.

4. "AS IS" Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Ken (Ken_u) does not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with all Minecraft versions, game loaders, or other third-party mods.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ken (Ken_u) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including world corruption, data loss, or disconnection from servers) resulting from the use or inability to use this Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

關於此模組

• 適用於「廢土伺服器」(mcfallout.net) 的無合成模式。
• 死亡時可選擇 [重生＋斷線] 的按鈕。
• 按鈕功能： 按下按鈕 → 重生 → （等待 0.3 秒）→ 退出伺服器 → 等待幾秒後再進入。

⚠️注意：按下「重生＋斷線」按鈕後，至少等待 15 秒再重新登入，以確保成功繞過 RTP(Random Teleport)。

使用本「軟體」即表示您同意本軟體當時最新版本之使用者授權條款（EULA）。

About this Mod

• Applicable to No-Crafting Mode on the "廢土 Server" (mcfallout.net).
• When you die, you can choose the [Respawn + Disconnect] button.
• Button function: Press button → Respawn → (Wait 0.3 seconds) → Exit server → Wait a few seconds before reconnecting.

⚠️Note: Wait at least 15 seconds after clicking "Respawn + Disconnect" before reconnecting to ensure you bypass the RTP(Random Teleport).

By using this Software, you agree to the latest End User License Agreement (EULA) applicable to this Software at the time of use.

• 「廢土伺服器」(mcfallout.net)の無合成モード向け。
• 死亡時に「リスポーン＋切断」ボタンを選択可能になります。
• ボタンの機能： ボタンを押す → リスポーン → （0.3秒待機）→ サーバーから切断 → 数秒後に再接続。

⚠️注意：「リスポーン＋切断」後、RTP(Random Teleport)を回避するため、再ログインまで15秒以上待機してください。

本「ソフトウェア」を使用することにより、お客様はご利用時点における本ソフトウェアの最新のエンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）に同意したものとみなされます。
