Roguelike items adds various items to the games that can be found within the new roguedungeons structures that spawn, each item has a unique effect that is given to the player passively while it is in their inventory.

Heal lost hp
- Upon taking damage, recover 50% of damage taken after a 3 second delay (no stacking)
Burn nearby enemies
- Burn enemies within 3 (+1 per stack) blocks of the player
Emergency heal
- When falling below 3 hearts, automatically gives 5 hearts to the player as well as 15 seconds of speed and resistance (consumed on use)
Shoot nearby enemies
- Automatically shoots a circle of arrows around the player if an enemy is nearby (triggers every 5 seconds, time is decreased per every additional stack with diminishing returns, e.g. 1 = 5 secs, 2 = 2.5 secs, 3= 1.6 secs)
Saturation
- Recover 2 hunger every 30 seconds (15, 10, etc. decreasing with diminishing returns)
Emergency freeze
- Upon going below 3 hearts, freezes time for 5 seconds (+2 seconds for every additional stack). Has a 10 minute recharge time (300 seconds, 200 seconds, etc. with diminishing returns)
Dolphin’s grace
- Provides permanent dolphin's grace when in inventory (no stacking)
Breathe under shallow water
- Allows you to breathe under water if you are near the surface (4 blocks below, no stacking)
Lightning strike
- Grants a 2% chance (+2% chance per stack) to strike target with lightning when hitting
Repair tools
- Slowly repairs damaged items (repair 1 durability from 1 item every second with cooldown decreasing with diminishing returns)
Instant recharge
- Items such as enderpearls have no cooldown (no stacking)
Infinipearl
- All enderpearls may be used infinitely
Regenheart
- Provides permanent regeneration 1 (+1 per stack, max 2)
Exploding enemies
- 3% chance (+3% per stack) for an enemy to explode when attacked
Snow cannon
- Shoots a volley of snowballs when a hostile mob is nearby (no stacking)
Fireball cannon
- Shoots a fireball at the nearest enemy every 5 seconds (cooldown decreases with diminishing returns)
Ice skates
- Move faster on ice, speed 1 on normal ice, speed 2 on packed, 3 on blue (no stacking)
Mega jump
- Every jump launches you (no stacking)
Evoker staff
- Evoker fangs strike all nearby mobs, except tamed ones, every 10 seconds (cooldown decreases with diminishing returns) (able to proc effects like lightning)
Chaos tome
- Provides constant buffs, however spawns random hostile mobs every minute (provides haste, regen, resistance, strength, night vision, fire resistance, conduit power, speed, and health boost of varying levels based on amount carried, max 3) (spawns 15 (+15 per stack) random dimension specific mobs per minute)
