Soft and Wet can now shoot bubbles with X, for now only the sound bubbles selectable with Z work- they take away sound from a small area or a mob, so after the bubble hits omething it begins noise suppression. When it pops, all the noises it suppressed play at once. It also prevents vibrations for sculk related stuff making it good for avoiding warden encounters

Added The World Ultimate and The World Ultimate (Kars) as skins to The World
Updated translation
Added time stop reduced damage settings to the config
You can no longer grab blocks while mining fatigues
Added a config for cooldown on pocketing blocks with right click while they're grabbed, by default slightly raised this as block grab is not supposed to replace making a pickaxe
Fixed S&W bubble selection not saving on game close
Fixed bug where packed ice ignored the ice blacklist for mining exp
Fixed bug where Magicians Red flame barrage did not scale with the config
Fixed kill command not necessarily working in stopped time
Fixed a bug where if you hold down a roundabout key that is bound to the vanilla hotbar slot keys (X and C) while opening a gui, and close the gui with that key held down for some reason, it locks the key as pressed until you enter another gui
