Changelog

Added Item Launching bubble ability for Soft and Wet, while in shooting mode it can launch held items in bubbles (X), and when you pop them (Sneak+X) they launch like thrown objects from SP and TW
Added water shield ability to Soft and Wet (Sneak+V), shields you from many projectile types for several ticks and turns them into items in item launching bubbles, but consumes water from a held water bubble
When SP and TW throw harpoons, they are stronger
Life tracker no longer catches stand fire, and it also by default now floats in front of you
Added many soft and wet configs for cooldowns, damage, etc
Redirected sound bubbles now emit vibrations to trick warden
You can now plunder potion clouds with effect bubbles
Blood can be plundered from the ground
Endermen now teleport when you attempt to plunder from them
Bubbles now pop after traveling far enough (+configs)
In creative mode, you instantly tame horses by mounting them (configurable)
Encasement strike is now slightly weaker when fully charged
Fixed numerous bugs with encasement strike
New Star Platinum Skins)
Fixed long standing unreported bug where time stop could no longer be interrupted by projectiles, and accidentally making barrages not interrupted by projectiles as well
Somewhat fixed bubble darkening from angles
