Added Jotaro visage mask voice slot functionality
Added more DIO lines
DIO and Jotaro voice slots interact, so if two players cross paths you will hear "Jotaro!" "Dio!" or "You're approaching me" "I can't beat you up without getting closer"
Masks that are voice compatible now indicate it
Fixed bug where cinderella floating masks that spawn from entering guis deflect arrows
Fixed bug where dedicated servers used the server config for updating clients, but the regular config for itself (now they just use the server config as intended)
Fixed barrage clash voice sounds being heard by nonstant users
Fixed screen freeze causing mounts of players with that config setting to move in stopped time
Fixed screen freeze occasionally STILL triggering shader
Fixed unreported bug where giving stand user mobs actual TS rather than teleport, and raising the length of the world's TS would cause them to have an unusually large TS length and meter size
Fixed minor visual inconsistency where visages did not hide the microphone or mask icons in the UI when equipped
Fixed config bug where dash cooldown only applied to SP and TW
