- Cooking skill
Cooking determines the cooking speed and quality of food when cooking in an Oven. Perfect food gives double saturation and nutrition, Average gives the vanilla amount, and Burnt gives 75%. This will be updated later to include random buffs as well, such as increased skill xp gains for X amount of time.

- The oven is the sole means of levelling Cooking

- Added /skills which can be used to modify personal skill level/experience. Needs updated to specify player
- Changed Woodcutting degrade chance to extra drop chance. Currently allows to dupe wood with high enough skill level but a fix requires a bit more work
- Changed the skill selection appearance
- Fixed ores not being worth any Mining xp. Ores are worth more xp than the average block Please delete your configs so they can be regenerated

Made it so tooltips of items with skill requirements show the required skill and level. This CAN appear inaccurate if the server config and client config do not match. I'm too lazy to make the client sync with server so just make sure the client has the same config if playing multiplayer. Everything will still function according to the server config but tooltips will display incorrect values.
