Auto Netherite Smithing
Auto Netherite Smithing is a client-side Fabric utility mod that automates repetitive Smithing Table tasks while still using normal player-style inventory clicks and vanilla Smithing Table interactions.
Instead of manually moving every item through the Smithing Table, the mod processes them automatically while preserving the normal crafting workflow.
Features
Templates Mode
Automatically upgrades Diamond gear into Netherite gear.
The mod:
- Scans your inventory for eligible Diamond tools and armor.
- Detects available Netherite Upgrade Smithing Templates.
- Detects available Netherite Ingots.
- Verifies there are enough materials before starting.
- Processes every item through the Smithing Table one at a time using normal inventory interactions.
Trims Mode
Automatically applies Armor Trims to eligible armor pieces.
The mod:
- Scans the 27 main inventory slots for trimmable armor.
- Automatically detects any valid Armor Trim Smithing Template.
- Automatically detects a valid trim material.
- Checks that enough templates and materials exist before beginning.
- Applies trims one armor piece at a time through normal Smithing Table interactions.
Supported trim materials include:
- Iron
- Copper
- Gold
- Redstone
- Lapis Lazuli
- Amethyst
- Quartz
- Diamond
- Emerald
- Netherite
If Netherite Ingots are detected as the selected trim material, the mod asks for confirmation before using them.
Smithing Table GUI
The Smithing Table includes built-in automation controls:
- Start/Stop button
- Templates/Trims mode toggle
- Information panel showing detected items
- Missing resource display
- Action bar warnings
- Confirmation prompt for Netherite trim material
Configuration
The processing speed can be configured through Mod Menu.
- Default speed is 0.1 ticks for very fast processing.
- Increase the delay if you prefer slower, more visible interactions.
Vanilla-Friendly Automation
This mod performs automation using normal Smithing Table interactions.
It does not:
- Edit inventories directly
- Bypass the Smithing Table
- Use packet-only insertion shortcuts
Instead, it performs the same inventory clicks a player would normally make.
Compatibility
- Fabric
- Client-side only
