Sad Sculk

This mod adds three new tools made from improved netherite: a sculk axe, sculk sword, and sculk pickaxe.

• The Echo-shard axe is a poor weapon for combat, but a good tool for chopping trees.
• The Echo-shard sword deals higher damage.
• The Echo-shard pickaxe mines blocks faster than a netherite pickaxe. All tools have a unique flint theme, combining functionality and fun style.
