Saltcraft 1.2-1.20.1

Oil veins are now rarer (rare ore rarity of 2 instead of 3)
Oil can now be used as a fuel source with a burn time of 10000 (half of lava)
Salt and Pink Salt items can now be used to convert a list of blocks into other blocks
Blocks of Salt and Blocks of Pink Salt will now convert the same blocks over time if the block is bordering any one of its faces
