What the mod adds

Tiny Orbital Item

The tiny orbital item spawns tnt above you in two modes. When right clicking, you spawn a single tnt 70 blocks above you, and when left clicking you toggle a mode that makes a tnt spawn 70 blocks above you repeatedly every single tick.

Orbital Command

You can use /orbital to perform the the same feature for right clicking the Tiny Orbital Item. The tnt spawns 70 blocks above you in the same way.
