Server Side Commands

Fix a typo in a logging message for /track.

/track is now able to track players after a server restart and/or player disconnect/reconnect.

Mod now uses io.github.adamraichu namespace instead of dev.adamraichu.

Fix minor typo.

Make config option cmds.freeze.logUsage work as intended.

First Forge release. Working /track command and configuration.
