Several Things

-Changed the description of the Altar Pickaxe to correct a misspelling.
-Added a sound when the player buys a perk.
-Added a sound when the player removes a perk.
-It's no longer possible to buy a perk if already gotten.
-Critical hits now have a lower chance of triggering.
-Critical hits now trigger once per entity.
-Added a sound when the player triggers a critical hit.
-Added particles when a critical hit is obtained.
-Changed description of hunter perks accordingly.
-The ruby hoe now makes one damage, like other hoes.
