Shader Patcher aims to add mod support to any Iris/Optifine format shaderpack by patching them - similar to Euphoria Patches.
It uses patch, mapping and transform files to easily identify and patch modded blocks/items/entities into the correct properties file and ID field.
Mod and Modpack Developers can also add additional patches through bundling files with their mod or creating files in the config directories.
This mod does have some limitations - mostly being unable to "invent" new categories of blocks/items/entities because the patching relies on searching for vanilla blocks/items/entities that already exist in the shaderpacks properties files.
Because I am lazy the bundled support will only have blocks, however items and entities are fully supported to be added by mod or modpack developers.

Shader Patcher is theoretically compatible with any shaderpack, as long as it's Iris/Optifine format.
Shader Patcher also should work with Euphoria Patches, however might require an additional restart of Minecraft depending on when Euphoria Patches does its patching.
