Details
This mod was inspired by mediumcore, however I thought, losing the world was a little bit rough, though I didn't want to absuing death being an option either.
What this does
This mod not only makes you lose hearts on death, but also lowers your damage output, speed and many other things. With the twist, that you can only restore everything, by just not dying over a longer period of time.
This mechanic is called soul exhaustion, there is a soul exhaustion command, that can actively change how affected you currently want to be by it.
This is for creative testing in case you do not want to wait it out, as you can end up being at a point where you literally can't do anything, which would be annoying in that case.
Configurability
This mod is highly configurable, so you can change the minimum amount of hearts, or essentially turn of certain features, like the mining fatigue.
There is also an option to lose maximum health when having specified potions effects for a certain amount of time.
Compatibility
Note: This mod can be installed server side only, but it works in singleplayer too. Modrinth is a little bit bugged when it comes to picking that.
Mediumcore:
This will cause funny quirks to happen, but it technically is compatibile. It would just be extra hell, I am not certain why you would want to install it along side it.
First Aid:
Limbs can break randomly, recommend to avoid using this mod along side it, might fix in future versions. (Might require a mixin in the future.)
