Shield Status Fixes

This mod fixes a visual bug in Walksy’s Shield Statuses where opponent shields can incorrectly appear as broken (red) even when they are still active.

It works by adding an additional verification check before displaying a broken shield, ensuring that shields are only shown as red when they have actually been broken.

This results in more accurate shield indicators and prevents misleading information during fights.
