- Added stickers/shard textures for the ModFest showcase
- Reduced the lifetime of confetti particles + the amount of confetti particles created by explosions

hotfix to make charge times not global. the hottest fix ever
- Added a secret second component to the staff to make the cooldown not global anymore
- The staff doesn't do the hand thing anymore when it recharges
- Showtime Staff is now available in the creative inventory through its own item group
- The staff now has infinite ammo while you're in creative mode
- The charge meter on the staff is no longer visible if you're at full charge
- Sounds should be directional now
