Port of the mod to 1.20.5+
For this initial release, this mod patches the behavior of placed shriekers (can_summon=false) to accept non-player vibrations (such as ones triggered by redstone, though note that the shrieker itself is still not activated by redstone).
Future releases may add additional functionality behind configuration settings.
Tested thoroughly in single-player on Minecraft 1.20 and 1.20.1, but I still need to test that it is truly server-only.
