Changes
2.2.0
Added
- A palette menu. Tap V with a shulker box in your main hand to turn its palette on or off, change the mode, turn repaint on or off, save or load the palette, and clear its cheat sheet, without opening the box.
- A palette library. Save a box's palette by name to This world or All worlds, and load it into any box from the palette menu. In creative, loading fills the box. In survival, it adds a cheat sheet.
- A library page for renaming, moving, copying, and deleting saved palettes, pasting one from the clipboard, and opening the folder. Palettes are saved as text files.
- Shapes in creative. Hold V + Left Shift and scroll, or use the Previous shape and Next shape keys, to place the box's blocks as stairs, slabs, walls, fences, and other shapes.
- A placement preview, which shows a see-through copy of the next block where a right-click will place it. It's off by default and can be turned on in the settings. The repaint preview is on by default and can be turned off.
- With Open Anywhere, the Palette panel on opened boxes setting (off by default) shows the palette's buttons beside a shulker box opened through Open Anywhere. A palette box opened through Open Anywhere shows all its rows.
Changed
- The palette key is V, replacing the palette modifier (Left Alt). A custom bind for the old modifier doesn't carry over.
- A palette that's on is never placed as a box. Turn the palette off to place the shulker box.
- Shulker boxes can no longer be opened from the hand.
- The palette buttons moved from the shulker box screen to the palette menu. In creative, the box screen has − Row and + Row buttons under the box.
- A box with extra rows shows every row while the window fits them, and scrolls only when it doesn't.
- The library replaces the copy and paste buttons. A palette's text can now include its name.
- Repaint works on any block that holds nothing, including stairs, slabs, chests, and levers, which are repainted instead of used. The new block keeps the old block's facing and similar properties, and the preview shows it that way.
- Requires Keybindery 1.4.1 or newer, MenuKit 7.4.0 or newer, and SlotKit 2.1.0 or newer.
2.1.0
Changed
- The buttons on the shulker box screen are smaller, with redrawn icons. Save and Load are now copy and paste buttons, Export to clipboard and Paste from clipboard.
- The column of buttons closes up around the ones that are hidden, so it has no gaps.
- A palette can hold up to 16 rows, shown as one scrolling grid. In creative, the rows buttons add and remove rows.
- Requires MenuKit 7.3.0 or newer and SlotKit 2.0.0 or newer.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
