Description:
Minecraft’s tool and armor progression is a bit linear: stone → iron → diamond → netherite. Simple Silver adds a new ore tier: silver, a diamond alternative with unique combat mechanics.
Silver gear is as effective as netherite against undead mobs. Against other enemies, silver performs at iron-level strength, encouraging players to think before they swing. Moreover, silver trades a bit of durability for increased enchantability, adding further trade-offs. Since it's a diamond alternative, silver matches diamond in mining speed and can break the same blocks.
The mod also introduces a Hunger Resistance potion, giving rotten flesh, the worst item in the game, a second wind.
