Simple Stamina

A lightweight stamina & fatigue system for Minecraft – Forge 1.20.1 and NeoForge 1.21.1

Tired of running endlessly, fighting for ages, and never getting tired? Simple Stamina fixes this by adding a stamina and fatigue system.

Stamina bar – a new bar above hunger. It drains when you sprint, jump, attack, mine, or swim.
New potions (crafted from flesh, sweet berries, and cocoa beans) that affect stamina recovery.
Fatigue – a long‑term exhaustion that builds up when you skip sleep or overexert yourself.
Sleep now restores 50% of your current fatigue (reduces it by half).
Food restores a little stamina – the more saturation the food gives, the more stamina you recover.

Harder survival – you need to rest, eat well, and plan your actions.
Immersive – no more unrealistic infinite energy. Your character gets tired just like you do.
No configuration for now – the mod comes with a balanced preset. Future updates may add config options.

⚠️ Important: This mod must be installed on both the client and the server to work correctly.
