Now it can be used to replace anything - not just ore!
Second milestone: change missing blocks to something relative to enviroment.
- Replacing all missing blocks with a lower block (bedrock if it is located at the very bottom of the world, air if the lower block has a block entity)
First milestone: change replacer to something other than air.
