general: composting now gives farming XP crafting foods on crafting table now gives cooking XP /reload now properly reloads all config files default ironman skill xp multiplier set to 0.2 (from 0.1)

big improvements to singleplayer GUI: is now smaller added a (configurable) keybind J to toggle between: top left, top center, top right, middle left, middle center, middle right, bottom left, bottom center, bottom right

can still be hidden of course as well (same keybinds settings area)
