- game no longer crashes when the library.json references a file that doesn't exist. instead, a warning is printed (gh#37)
- game no longer crashes when initialising the cape library while offline (gh#50)
- "failed to reload skin" notification will no longer show if not in a server
- changing skin globally multiple times now shows the right skin
- boring internal refactors
