Everything is configurable in config.

Attempts to integrate Sky Lands and ParCool! movement features. Sky Lands' Glider now drains from ParCool!'s Stamina, at a customizable rate. Blocks ParCool!'s Dive and Fast Run while gliding, and makes ParCool!'s Dive and Sky Lands' Slow Fall mutually exclusive.
